Excellent customer service!! We loved our stay. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious and the staff go out of their way to help. They even booked restaurants for us for dinner and a taxi to the airport.

We had a wonderful time in Antica Dimore Firenze.
Alessia was a charming host and we got excellent tips for yout stay in Florence.
The room was very clean and comfortable, also quite.
We would warmly recommend this hotel and will come back soon.

all we can say about our stance aré only good things: giovanna Was really kind, the bedroom was very nice and confortable, and the house is placed next to the historic centre.

We loved this hotel. It's warm, comfortable and quirky. The receptionist went out of her way to give information and advice
The breakfast was delicious and the cake left for the afternoon was always welcome after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
