Le Mas de Chastelas is a legendary hotel, opened in 1967 in St Tropez. It is one of the oldest hotels in the area and so has had plenty of time to perfect their building, decoration, and impeccable hospitality. Throughout the years, it has hosted some of France's most renowned artists, thinkers, and actors. The film 'Je Vous Aime' was even filmed here, and you can stay in the room featured.
The Mas (or farmhouse in Provençal) is situated within 2 hectares of park and countryside, overlooking the Bertaud Belien vineyards. It is made up of an 18th century former country home to Betraud lords, and 2 Italian villas complete with a large heated pool, tennis court, and pitching green. It's an architectural gem in one of France's most beautiful villages, Gassin.
There are 14 rooms and 9 suites, each different but providing the same level of comfort. The rooms are some of the largest on the peninsula so you'll have lots of room to spread out and relax.
During your stay, make sure to visit the restaurant, which appears in the Michelin guide with a three-roof rating.
