Lemon House

Our short stay on Sicily (only a week, but the first Sicilian holiday of others to come!) was concluded by an overnight stay in the Lemon House, and what a way to finish the brief island stay. This is an EXCELLENT B&B with stylish furnishings, to a very high standard and a delight to see. The hostess is wonderful, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Her previous travel industry experience and knowledge makes you feel welcome from teh moment you arrive, to the minute you leave. We hadn't planned anything for the evening, but from a brief conversation with the hostess, we went away with recomendations, a planned walk of Savoca and our table reservation already made. Whenever you stay at the Lemon House, make sure you leave time, and energy to walk around this wonderful village of Savoca, and you will not be disappointed. The next day for breakfast, what can I say? The options, to choose from were endless, and the vast majority home made or home cooked, and delicious. If it hadn't been for the wonderful meal the previous evening, I'm sure we would have loved to try more from the choice, but there is only so much that one can eat! We highly recommend this accomodation, and especially if someone wants the quietness and solitude of a quality B&B away from children!

The house is verry Nice and Christie’s gave us very good recommendations on what to visit and wheee to eat!!
